Ilaw ng Kalikasan (Nature’s Light) is a tribute piece to Mother Nature, made in collaboration with Filipino artist Dei Jardiniano. Dei sculpted the bust of Mother Nature using marine epoxy, and fashioned the piece’s terno from .50 kilo of Junknot roped plastic. The resulting sculpted lamp has a 30 cm. diameter at the base, and has an average height of 45 cm.

More than an art piece, Ilaw ng Kalikasan highlights the call for action on protecting and conserving our natural environments, in the midst of unprecedented human progress in man-made creation and consumption.
